About The Eagle Crest Timeshare

The Eagle Crest is one of eight destination resorts defined by Oregon’s Department of Land Conservation and Development. Built in 1989, the Inn at Eagle Crest is next to one of the resort’s three golf courses. There are 100 rooms in the main hotel and 80 condominium units that are part of the resort’s lodging facility. If you enjoy climbing and tracking, this resort is the right vacation place. It is located in Oregon, the United States of America.

Spending summer vacations in the resort sounds like a great plan, but owning its timeshare? Not a cost-effective choice.

  • Timeshares often come with up-front purchase costs, maintenance fees, mortgage and many other expenses. All these expenses will definitely cost you more than a vacation at the resort will ever cost. On top of that, these expenses are annual based, and they add up over time.
  • Timeshares offer limited flexibility. You can not use the property of your own will, limiting your travel flexibility. If you want to explore a different destination, making changes in the arrangements of your timeshare will be challenging.
  • The rules and regulations related to timeshare properties are rarely in the favour of the owner. The contractors often mislead their customers when they are buying timeshares. Hidden additional costs are a big part of these scams surrounding timeshare properties.
  • Even if the timeshare company offers exchange programs, getting the right timeshare in the right destination at the right time is a rare case.

If you want to get out of your timeshare contract as soon as possible, we are here to help.

Reviews About The Eagle Crest

By Tripadvisor;

  • First, because I was staying in a different city every night for 10 nights, the red flag went up when they ran my card for the reservation, and they cancelled it without contacting me. The décor was old and dumpy; the ceilings were low, the pillowcases and linens were dingy and wrinkled, the bed was saggy (definitely not a Holiday Inn bed), the iron didn’t work, and there was no plug anywhere near the bed. Oh, and although your building may be connected to the lobby, you can’t get there from here, so hopefully, it’s not pouring rain if you need to get quarters and buy soap for the laundry machines.

  • I always heard how so many people loved coming here… Not me! This place is rundown. The condos might be different, but the lodge is gross… The hot tub was even shut down by a failed health inspection. I will not be bringing my family here again… I’ve stayed in Days Inns that were in better shape.
  • No wifi?! For the price, that should be included. Bogus meeting without clear guidance WHERE it is, then rejected from entering because no ID (not that we were told to bring that). No pool towels at the pool. Found blood on a lampshade. The room hasn’t been vacuumed prior to arrival. All table surfaces had food residue. The bathroom had a sticky spot (gross) on the floor. The water temperature in the shower was always scalding or freezing.

  • The rooms need some serious updating. We checked in, and our room phone didn’t work, and our a/c unit would not turn on. They needed USB outlets with today’s technology, but there were none. The bathtub took forever to drain, and there were clumps of someone’s hair in the bedding, towels and sheets.

  • Filthy. We asked to change rooms after finding matted hair in the shower and bathroom floor and were given an even worse room. We then said it would be fine to return to our prior room but asked that housekeeping come through and clean the room before we returned. Housekeeping brought new towels and laid them next to the mounds of matted hair on the ground without cleaning. It was disgusting. We were able to cancel our remaining nights and went home early. Worst birthday surprise I could have had for a new boyfriend! So embarassing!
  • Eagle Crest is dated. But the worst was the staff. One of the beds was broken, and they expected us to just stay in the room. When we insisted on being moved, the next room’s air conditioner was not working well. They came to check it and told us to do the opposite of the printout that was in the room. The staff made a comment about how the hotel is an issue.

If you were unaware of these things and they lured you into buying their timeshare property, you need to act fast. We suggest you contact us if you have been through this kind of presentation and still bought a timeshare. We will help you get out of this contract.
