As we clicked on Timeshare Cancel Services, the company makes a very bold statement:

“$15,000,000 in Cash Refunds For Our Clients. Get Your Money Refunded. Call Now!”

A couple of things stood out to our team here. When it comes to timeshare cancellation it is extremely tough to refund the owner’s money, especially if the timeshare was paid in full years ago. Another concerning issue our team found was the company seriously lacks online reviews on multiple platforms.  Without any online feedback from past clients who can verify their money was refunded, this damages this statement’s credibility.

Below this statement, the company has an ‘About Us’ section where they mention the criteria that qualifies their owners for their services. Timeshare Answers states:

“Our sole mission was to help timeshare owners take a stand against huge corporations that sold them timeshare contracts under duress, misrepresentation, and deceptive sales tactics…. It does not matter where you purchased or how long ago you bought your timeshare.”

 Our team wants to point a big red flag with the company’s statement here. As we mentioned earlier, it is complicated to recover owners’ money, let alone when the purchase was made years ago. For Timeshare Answers to openly make a statement such as this one without viable evidence to back up their claim, this damages the company’s authenticity. It is impossible to recover everyone’s money, no matter where or how long ago they made their purchase.

Not every timeshare exit company is qualified to take on every case in existence and be successful with the cancellation. Therefore proceeding with a free consultation with the company is essential for the company to determine if they are qualified to take on your case. Below they list their credentials and the various resorts they’ve dealt with in the past. We noticed a few positives here. An exit company must offer a guarantee your money will be safe during the cancellation because there are many timeshare exit scams in the industry.

Unfortunately, speaking of scams, a 100% Money-Back Guarantee does not protect you from all exit scams either because you are still paying the exit company up-front. Therefore our team only recommends companies that offer a no up-front fee escrow payment option. Next to the credentials, Timeshare Answers links their ‘Contract Releases’ page where the company uploaded scanned pdfs of past contract releases that they have won. Although some scans were empty settlement clauses, other scans showed credible responses to mutual agreements between them and the resort. The company did an excellent job here to boost its credibility.

Timeshare Answers also has a testimonial page that has written testimonials and consists of a few video recorded testimonials. Video testimonials are important because it adds authenticity to the review. This is important because the company lacks a strong online presence of customer feedback. Also, the sad truth about written testimonials is that anyone can produce them. Although they are essential, you do not want to rely on them solely.

Another important find we came across was a page dedicated to a ‘Timeshare Cost Calculator.’ Here a calculator is set in place to calculate how much money owners are losing throughout their agreement. This is a beneficial tool for clients who do not understand how their long-term liability of the timeshare works. Our team always recommends timeshare exit companies that provide information that can help timeshare owners see if their timeshare is worth it.
