Oasis Exit Solutions Reviews
Oasis Exit Solutions reviews are fairly mixed, which is not a good sign since the company does not have a strong online presence on multiple platforms.
Oasis Exit Solutions starts by stating they can help get rid of the timeshare contract “100% Guaranteed.” In other words, the company offers a 100% Money-Back Guarantee if they fail to cancel your timeshare contract. This typically a good sign, however, the company seriously lacks online feedback from its customers.
An exit company that has been in business for 5 years, and lacks online reviews is not a positive sign. If you’re going to select an exit company that offers a 100% Money-Back Guarantee, you want to verify they will be able to honor the agreement. This is why our team only recommends exit companies that offer a no-upfront fee escrow payment option, so you stay protected from a timeshare scam.
Escrow one of the smartest ways you can cancel your timeshare because it eliminates all up-front fees that are paid directly to the exit company. This also holds the exit company accountable because they do not receive payment until they have successfully helped you cancel your timeshare. A 100% Money-Back Guarantee does not fully protect you from a scam because you are still paying the exit company up-front before they have performed any exit services. Unfortunately, there is no Oasis escrow option that is offered.
As we continued to assess the company’s website we came across a section where they list their requirements in order for you to qualify for their services. We admire Oasis Exit Solutions here because they demonstrate how selective they are of which cases they can and cannot accept. An exit company must first determine if they are qualified to take on your case, before attempting to charge you for their services. A company that comes off greedy, claiming they can cancel any timeshare is very unrealistic, and most likely a scam. Never pay anyone up-front, especially if the company has no knowledge of your timeshare situation. Here is the questionnaire Oasis Exit Solutions uses to determine your qualification for their services:
- “Has your maintenance increased year on year above the rate of inflation?”
- “Are you tied into a perpetuity contract?
- “Did you pay a deposit on the day of the sale?”
- “Do you feel that you were lied to or that the timeshare was misrepresented at point of sale?”
- “Have you ever tried to sell your timeshare but were unsuccessful?”
Another interesting point we came across is on the website is Oasis Exit Solutions has endorsements with ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, CW, PBS. Our team was not able to confirm if Oasis is mentioned on these websites or if they are using these companies to market themselves. Also, we could not find any Oasis reviews that state this company was mentioned on these platforms.
This raised some concerns for our team since we could not verify these endorsements. Do not fall under the impression that endorsements are viable proof that the company is reputable. Typically, companies with a substantial marketing budget will pay for endorsements to market themselves as a legitimate exit company.
As we clicked on the company’s “What We Do” page, we discovered some interesting excerpts the company took the time to write about. Oasis Exit Solutions starts off by saying they are “America’s most trusted timeshare consulting firm.” This is a bold statement for a company that was built in 2015 and lacks a strong positive online presence. It’s safe to assume this was a marketing tactic. Another important thing to take from this section is that the company is not a legal firm, nor do they mention they use attorneys to cancel your timeshare.
Our team mentioned in other articles the importance of using timeshare attorneys to cancel your timeshare contract. At the end of the day, you signed a legally binding document, so it’s important you cancel it by doing so legally. Below this section, Oasis does well by mention 5 Timeshare Scams and how to avoid them. From resale scams to rental offers, we do admire how the company is willing to inform its viewers on how to protect themselves from common scams in the industry.
On the Oasis Exit Solutions ‘FAQ’ page, the company created a chart that is titled “Rescission v. Cancellation v. Termination.” Here the chart demonstrates general differences on how each can affect you when it comes to timeshares. The ‘FAQ’ page also mentions important questions most timeshare owners have about their situation. From cancellation rights to mortgages, rescission periods, and even selling your timeshare, the company did a great job of touching almost every corner of the cancellation industry. As we reviewed each section, the company did answer everything accurately. One area we did disagree with, was where they discuss lawyers and their importance in the cancellation.

This is without a doubt a red flag for our team. The company does not believe in involving lawyers at all. Typically exit companies that do not hire attorneys to cancel your timeshare, rely on writing cancellation letters on your behalf. This method has a very low success rate since it does not work with every resort. And with no evidence to back up their success, this is a very concerning section the company has written.
The company does provide a glossary with key terms that are important to understand in the cancellation industry. They also have a testimonials page where past owners took the time to write about their experience with the company. It’s difficult to say which reviews are authentic or not since there are no video testimonials on the company’s website, and there is a clear difference between the quality of some of the pictures.
Overall, Oasis Exit Solutions raised some concerns for our team. After speaking to a representative at Oasis Exit Solutions, we were told the company uses attorneys if needed for your case, but a few Oasis reviews say otherwise. This is a big red flag since there aren’t many online reviews on the company. Their cancellation process was not clearly stated on the website either. Also, the company mentions how they pick and choose when to involve a timeshare attorney. Yes, this can be beneficial because attorneys do tend to charge attorney fees, however, trying to cancel solely through cancellation letters has a low success rate and does not work with every timeshare developer. This will only cost you more money, as well as headaches if the company does not cancel your timeshare immediately.
