Mexican Timeshare Solutions Website Review
As our team reviewed the Mexican Timeshare Solutions website, we weren’t all that impressed. It’s a very simple layout with a blue and white color scheme. I guess you could say the site is pretty bland. But that could just be how they want it to look to make it easier on their readers.
The reviews section includes only positive reviews about the company’s work so far. It’s also interesting to note that we did not find any negative reviews. Most companies want as many positive comments as possible on their websites to boost consumer confidence, so it seems a bit suspicious here. But that’s not to say that they don’t have any complaints.
They have representatives who speak Spanish and English, which is convenient for those who are primarily Spanish-speaking. They also offer online support and an FAQ page which may help answer some of the questions you might have. MTS also claims to have an experienced team of 15 individuals. LinkedIn profiles were provided for some of their staff, so you can verify their qualifications if you’d like.
Something that stood out is the president of the company was not mentioned here. So you will have to take that as a sign that he is either not involved with the day-to-day operations of the business or not a very important person in the company. Or maybe they’re just trying to keep a low profile for some reason.
It is not clear to us whether this person has an active role. When our team clicked their BBB profile, we found out that the company lists Joe Gonzalez as its president. Our research shows he’s very under the radar, with no public records of his license to practice law.
We don’t think that this adds much credibility to the company’s claims of their CEO’s expertise. In fact, it gives us a reason to doubt them a bit. This doesn’t mean we shouldn’t discredit them completely though; we just think it’s important for our clients to know the truth so that they can make a well-informed decision about which timeshare solution to go with.
MTS does present a detailed blog section with 18 pages full of content discussing various topics related to the timeshare industry. They cover topics like transfer laws, tips for selling your timeshare, and even a ‘Resort Blacklist’ section. Here there are 31 resorts where owners complained about terrible experiences they had.
They also offer a FAQ section and an 8-page testimonial section that includes a video of satisfied customers. They have 75 testimonials available on their website for you to peruse to help boost their credibility. But what our team found odd was their BBB profile had 0. In addition, almost all of these reviews were positive.
Although the company does not mention many details about the staff and owner, they do offer an abundance of information that can be valuable. The team at Mexican Timeshare Solutions claims to be experts in the industry, and their website looks like a trusted resource. But can you trust them? Let’s continue to learn more.
